Back-button closes Downloads home for first item on filter-stack

Device name: Pixel 3
Application version: 72.0.3591.2
Operating system: Android 9

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Enable chrome://flags#download-home-v2
(2) Open Downloads
(3) Tap "Images" filter
(4) Tap hardware back-button

Expected result:
"All" filter is selected, and all content is displayed.

Actual result:
Downloads home is closed

Also able to reproduce the issue on latest canary 72.0.3597.0 using Pixel 2 XL device, i.e; Downloads closes on hitting back button
