YouTube Broken in JavaScript 3D Environment (youtube-iframe-api)

Reported by kga...@uifoundry.com, Oct 29

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.67 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. The YouTube player isn't interactive when initialized in a JavaScript 3D environment.
2. We're using youtube-iframe-api via Polymer/google-youtube
3. We have a private link we can share that will demonstrate this problem.

What is the expected behavior?
YouTube player should be fully functional as it was 2 weeks ago.

What went wrong?
We think youtube-iframe-api mouse event handlers have changed.

Did this work before? Yes Unknown

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.67 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

1. Launched reported chrome.
2. Navigated to provided url in mail
3. Clicked on START >>Walked Character into the Ring with arrow keys >>Clicked on 'E'
As we are not seen YouTube player when clicked on "E"
Attached screencast for reference.

@Reporter: Request you to please check the screencast and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Could you please upgrade to latest chrome stable

Is this still occurring? I'm able to play/pause the robotics video inside your 3d scene.

Windows 10, Chrome 70.0.3538.110. Unlike the video in comment #3. I see the 'E' and am able to play it correctly, pause it with the mouse.
When Chrome's zoom is set to 100%, YouTube works as expected. When the zoom is less than 100%, the video controls and overlays appear to be offset aren't usable. This appears to be related to Chromium issue #902831
