Tried 5 times locally, can not reproduce. 

$ tools/perf/run_tests benchmarks.system_health_smoke_test.SystemHealthBenchmarkSmokeTest.system_health.memory_desktop/browse:social:facebook_infinite_scroll:2018  --browser=default

Checked the failure log on bot. https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=40df6cc891b5be10&refresh=10&request_detail=true&show_raw=1. The exception seems "Unable to obtain memory dump".

I see that memory dumps do not work on this story: 'Unable to obtain memory dump'.

I would expect memory dumps to work on any story independent on how it was recorded and what actions it is doing.

This looks like a bug in memory dump infra. Who would be the right owner this?
