The task is trying to install Xcode 9.2 on Mac 10.9 (!). Something's wrong with the builder configs; perhaps, it needs to constrain the OS dimension.

And then the build passes on Mac 10.13.4, but displays a broken Milo page due to issue 900148 - https://ci.chromium.org/p/catapult/builders/luci.catapult.try/Catapult%20Mac%20Tryserver/914 . Oh well :-) Let me hunt down that builder config...

The bot runs on luci.flex.try shared pool, which has three Mac 10.9 bots: https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/botlist?c=id&c=os&c=task&c=status&f=os%3AMac&f=pool%3Aluci.flex.try&l=100&s=id%3Aasc All the other 19 bots are at high enough OS version to run Xcode 9.2. It's odd that the builder hit those old machines 3 times in a row. I'm guessing the other bots were busy.

I'll add os:Mac-10.13.4 constraint to https://chromium.googlesource.com/catapult/+/206d8027bd1f91c979cf07dfa66a588759fa94be/cr-buildbucket.cfg#65 - we have 12 bots with that version.
