Fix guest mode icon in system menu

Project Member Reported by sgabr...@chromium.org, Oct 29

Issue description

Currently the guest icon looks too dark and also has a weird rendering. See the bug preview attached. The guest icon should be displayed as a non-clickable dense pod (similar to the one inline with the brightness slider).

See spec attached.
In case a new .svg for the guest icon is needed, I attached it here.

Sébastien, questions for you.

Imagine my avatar has an alpha channel with some fully transparent pixels. What color should show through? Should that be the same as the button background color for all those buttons (sign out, power button, etc.)? That sounds logical to me but I'd like to confirm.

Also, by "weird rendering", do you mean that the guest icon is missing the padding around it (that should show a circular crown of that same background color around it)? Or is there something else that I'm missing?

Thanks!

Please reassign to me after answering. Thanks!
When an avatar is set and when it has an alpha channel, the background of the button should be #FFFFFF (transparent is reserved for the regular buttons and it also might render weird).

By weird rendering, I meant that it looks like the the icon was rendered in low-res.
