Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. click a empty folder in bookmark bar.
2. move mouse point to other item in bookmark bar.
3. move back to the empty folder.
4. a new empty item appear in empty folder.

What is the expected behavior?
There should be only one empty item in the empty folder.

What went wrong?
Empty item in empty folder is more than one, and continuously increase.
