Tabs bar not showing after exiting fullscreen in youtube

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any video on youtube
2. Go into full screen
3. Exit full screen

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The tabs bar doesn't show, I have to hover to the top and that makes it appear then it stays there

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.4

Probably a known issue and fixed in 71 or 72?

Yes, this is fixed on 71.0.3559.6. It will soon be in stable channel.
