Unsafe JavaScript attempt to initiate navigation for frame with origin 'XYZURL' from frame with URL

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have an <iframe> in an html document with a domain, protocol, or port mismatch 
2. accessing the location.href of the iframe within a try catch does not catch a thrown error.

What is the expected behavior?
To get redirected to the url 

What went wrong?
The redirected command for javaScript is throwing error but it is  working on moz, IE, EDGE and  but not in chrome

Did this work before? N/A
