Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 72.0.3592.0 stable 70.0.3538.77 and on latest chrome 72.0.3596.0 using Ubuntu 17.10 and Windows 10.

Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged.

Note:Issue not seen on Mac

Thanks..!
Components: -UI Blink>Input
Seems keybinding to escape causes that. Not sure why it is firing since it is from a dialog though. Should check other browsers.
I've checked and this does not happen in IE or Edge.

Find in page should probably swallow the esc key.
