Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS aarch64 10895.78.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.120 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10895.78.0 (Official Build) stable-channel bob Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set system clock to wrong time 2. Connect to IPv6-only Wi-Fi network with NAT64/DNS64 3. Turn ChromeOS off and on again What is the expected behavior? System clock should get synced from Google servers during boot time What went wrong? System clock stay unsynchronized unless you connect to a network with native IPv4. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 69.0.3497.120 Channel: stable OS Version: 10895.78.0 Flash Version: N/A
