Unable to reproduce the issue on ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #70.0.3538.77 and latest chrome version #72.0.3596.0. Attached a screen shot for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Navigated to https://pushalert.co/demo 2. Allowed notifications to appear. 3. Clicked on send notification. 4. Observed that the notification popped up displaying site url as link as expected. hadariyair@ - Could you please check the issue on latest chrome version #72.0.3596.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Can U please try and reproduce it on ubuntu 16.04? I"m getting same behave on all sites. I"m using chrome Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)

image is also not being displayed on Ubuntu 16.04. It is being display on Android.

As per comment# 4 unable to reproduce the issue from ET end using Ubuntu 14.04. As per comment# 5 issue need to checked on Ubuntu 16.04, but on Ubuntu 16.04 we are facing issue in launching the chrome build. Hence routing this issue to Inhouse to check and help in further triaging it, adding TE-NeedsTriageFromHYD label to it. Thanks!

Thank you for the report! Which notification server are you using? We query capabilities prior to showing notifications and only issue HTML when it's advertised, so this might be an issue on their side. (Though we can blacklist.)
