Please provide JSON for CrOS sheriff/gardener rotations

Currently the new interface provides JS files like the old JS files which just do a document.write with the sheriff names.  Would prefer to have this served up as JSON files if possible instead.

NVM, I actually see there are JSON files we can use for this purpose already existing.
