Pinpoint cannot find histograms.json

Pinpoint runs are failing with IOError: No such file or directory: '/b/swarming/w/itZAtX1D/tmpu3Taawtelemetry/histograms.json'

The issue was that I was using a benchmark that does not exist anymore. Mohamed pointed me at the correct one.

Could we change the error message to make the problem more clear?
