Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version# 69.0.3497.100 and latest chrome# 72.0.3596.0 using Mac OS 10.13.6, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 17.10 by steps as per comment#0. The behavior is seen from old M-60 builds(#60.0.3072.0). This is non-regression issue hence marking it as untraiged and requesting someone from the dev team to look into the issue. Thanks.!

alexjleon16@ How many boxes did you have to create to hear the glitch? This stress test does not have the upper bound, so you'll get eventually glitches when your system cannot handle the workload anymore.

This is not a regression, and the optimization is on our roadmap.
