Reported by mshoaib...@gmail.com, Oct 17

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open chrome
(2) Sign in to google account (by clicking top right on name)
(3) Close the google chrome session (and quit the application)
(4) When opening the application, google account has been logged out and all sessions have been terminated (facebook, google drive, youtube, etc.)

What is the expected result? No automatic logout of sessions (happened until Dunday 17th December) and no termination of sessions on 3rd party sites (eg. Facebook)

What happens instead? automatic logout of google chrome which includes removal of cookies and termination of third party site sessions.

Changing the component to Internals>Network>Cookies for proper triage.

If you are logged in from all websites, then this is an issue with Chrome loading the tokens from disk on start-up. This may be related to the following:
* The setting "Keep local data until you quit your browser" in enabled (screen chrome://settings/content/cookies)
* Chrome cannot decrypt your cookies (this is not very common on Windows though). You may want to restart the machine and retry.
* Chrome has a bug in its cookie store code.
* You have some software (or configuration) that forbids Chrome from saving encrypted data on disk.

Besides what was suggested re: checking settings, it may be helpful if, after a few minutes of using Chrome, you could open chrome://histograms and search to see if there are entries for Cookie.LoadProblem, Cookie.CommitProblem, or Sqlite.Error.Cookie, and if so paste them here.
