Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a small canvas (e.g. 600px x 24px) 2. Assign background color (style) 3. Fill canvas with color What is the expected behavior? canvas completely obscures background What went wrong? 1 pixel wide strip of background shows through Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Example: https://jsbin.com/kolitoxede/1/edit?output - The specific example is 600px x 24px. Various sizes exhibit the same issue, but it's not simply the size of the canvas -- for example it appears at 600 x 26px, but not 600 x 25px. - This does not happen on high-dpi displays

I can't repro this. Try to repro this in incognito mode without any extensions, please. And if it stills repro, please attach a screenshot. And the result of your chrome://gpu thanks.
