selecting all computed styles and copy/pasting results in messy output

Reported by davidmax...@gmail.com, Oct 26

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.67 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome on (eg) https://crbug.com/
2. open dev tools
3. select Elements/Computed
4. select a rule to get focus in the computed pane
5. select all with (eg) ctrl-a
6. copy with (eg) ctrl-c
7. open an editor and paste

What is the expected behavior?
something visually similar to what is in the 'computed' pane

What went wrong?
everything is on its own line - formatting is lost

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.67 Channel: n/a
OS Version:
Flash Version:

FYI, I want to do this so I can copy the computed style and paste it into a file...and then do the same for some other element...and then diff the files. IE, I have one element with 'working' style, and another with 'non-working' style, and I want to 'diff' them to get some clue what I need to change to make the broken one work.

I'm working on a fix. On a related note, it's hard to see what to copy when the panel is narrow. julia@, wdyt about 2-row layout when the width is narrow, similar to Firefox?
