What is the expected result?
All tests should pass

What happens instead of that?
Aspect ratio test fails.

assert_equals: video aspect ratio is 1.3333333333333333 and pip window aspect ratio is 1.3313953488372092 expected 1.3313953488372092 but got 1.3333333333333333

I believe this fails because of Chrome aspect ratio algorithm that rounds width and height.
We need to investigate this. It may be related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=875726
