Issue descriptionChrome Version : 69.0.3497.100 URLs (if applicable) : https://www.google.co.in/ Other browsers tested: Add FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: Working Fine Chrome: Language is Hidden Edge: Language is Hidden What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Moving the Google Search Div to top (2) Adding Scroll to the Page (3) Reducing the div height of Country at the Bottom of https://www.google.co.in/ What is the expected result? In https://www.google.co.in/ The Language Section should be visible. What happens instead? In https://www.google.co.in/ The Language Section is not visible. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Yes, It is not with the browser.
