chrome crashes/restarts when paste excel content

Issue description

Chrome Version: Google Chrome
70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)

OS: MacOS Version 10.13.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- opened a .CSV file in Excel 
- copy the whole content from one tab (cmd+C) / Tried downloading and pasting but still same
- open a Google spreadsheet from Drive 
- paste svalues
- Chrome crashes and all tabs are closed 

What is the expected result?
-It should paste the content of Excel .CSV file to Spreadsheet.

What happens instead?

As soon as content pasted, Chrome crashes and all tabs are closed 

Steps Performed to resolve:
- Other users are able to copy and paste from Excel to Spreadsheet
- User connected to LAN and checked but it crashes
- User tried with a loaner but still same
- Machine is been re-imaged but again chrome crashes
- No update available in chrome
- Cleared cookies cache but still crashes
- Tried in INCOGNITO windows but again same
- Signed out from Chrome > created new profile and tried but still crashes
- Tried with copying other .CSV Excel file pasting to other Spreadsheet but again it crashes
