The TTS options allows downloading UK English 2 multiple times, but the UI shows UK English and UK English 2

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11151.4.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.8 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11151.4.0 (Official Build) dev-channel eve Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download both UK English (2) instances from TTS settings. 2. Go to Text to Speech and select first UK English and play the sample 3. Select second UK English and play the sample, it is the SAME voice, not a male and female alternative or even just a different dialect. What is the expected behavior? There should be two separate voices, hopefully one male and one female. What went wrong? Playback of both sounded identical. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.8 Channel: dev OS Version: 11151.4.0 Flash Version: 31.0.0.122 https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=896910 Is there no longer a female English UK voice available, or is this bug masking/preventing it from being properly used?

Chrome: 71.0.3578.31 Actual: Both UK voices installed are the same. Expected: One should be the female UK voice

Still reproduced in 71.0.3578.98 on Eve No longer reproduces in 72.0.3593.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) on Caroline Closing as WontFix due to newer build containing the fix.
