Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_1) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/12.0.1 Safari/605.1.15 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Use Chrome normally 2. Open page on new tab 3. Pages stop loading on current tab or any new tab until Chrome is closed and reopened What is the expected behavior? Sites should simply load What went wrong? Pages are't loading. Chrome is still responsive and settings and tabs can be opened or closed but nothing loads. Other browsers (safari and firefox) work correctly so it isn't a network issue Did this work before? Yes n/a Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'> Channel: beta OS Version: OS X 10.14.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 31.0 r0

Can you open non-network pages like chrome://version/? Also can you try setting the "Enable network service" to "Disabled" and see if that fixes things? Do that from: chrome://flags/#network-service

I can get to settings so I assume I can. I'll reply when I can confirm this

I've been unable to replicate the problem since posting after it occurred at least once per session over a week. Unsure if this needs to be closed or if I should wait longer

miguelgranadillo@ Thanks for the update. Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.14 and Windows 10 on the latest Beta 71.0.3578.20 and Canary 72.0.3595.0 and unable to reproduce the issue. Could load pages without any issues on a new tab page. As per comment #7, can you please retry the issue again and confirm if this issue can be closed? Thanks..
