(1) Launch Google Drive (drive.google.com) 
(2) Double-tap on a folder or file

What is the expected result?
The folder/file should open

What happens instead?
The screen zooms in / out on the page

reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

User is unable to open a file or folder

log if possible.
 - There's a different set of shortcuts already for zoom in/out 
 - When an eve devices is used in touchscreen mode, the double tap opens the file, so the logic works on that device. On Dru it doesnt.
