What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to Settings>Site settings>Sound
(2) Add muted exception, for example "youtube.com"
(3) Go to youtube.com and access the site settings.
What is the expected result?
When you add an exception through "+Add site exception", the exception should show up. In the above case "Sound" should appear as "Block". This behavior is expected to be the same as when a site asks for a permission, and the decision is also shown in Site Settings for that site.
What happens instead?
Sound permission is still shown as "Allow".
