What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Navigate to chrome://settings/crostini for Linux(Beta)
(2)Click on 'Turn on' button>> Click on 'Install' button and when it's installing, navigate to sub page of linux beta and click on Remove Linux Apps for chromebook and delete it
(3) Follow 2nd step twice or thrice and observe unable to Delete Linux(beta)

Actual: Unable to Delete Linux(beta)
Expected: No such issue should be seen 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M71
