Update to Chrome OS version 69.0.3497.120 and/or Chrome Desktop browser 70.0.3538.67

What is the expected behavior?
Two-sided printing should not be set as default

What went wrong?
Chrome OS version 69.0.3497.120 and Chrome Desktop browser 70.0.3538.67 updates are applying two-sided printing as default print option.
