What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Keep browser opened for a long time
(2) Get a prompt that Google Chrome update is available

What is the expected result?

"Customize and control Google Chrome" button should turn into a green update symbol.

What happens instead?

The update symbol is grey.

If I open an incognito window, it's even worse. I see only a white circle. Screenshots attached.
