User can't login & get 403 error in chromium-review site

It can't login & get 403 error in chromium-review site

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to a chromium-review site
2. Login the account
3. Get 403 error message
   - This account has already been registered under a different account accessible. (see attachment)

What is the expected behavior?
It should login the site.

What went wrong?
It can't login and gets 403 error message.

Does this work in other browsers? Y
 - Same issue happened on Chrome, Firefox & IE browser (All clear cache & cookies)

Referring to the original comment, it seems to be that issue is reproduced on other browsers like Firefox & IE as well and is not Chrome and Android OS specific issue. Hence, closing this issue as all the Chrome related issues are tracked on this platform.
