Application Version 70.0.3538.64
Android Build Number 8.1
Device: Samsung Note 9

Steps to reproduce: Set custom action button using chrome custom tab.

Observed behavior: unable display custom action button and it only display SHARE button there.

Expected behavior: display action button in toolbar Chrome version 69.

Additional comments: Isn't have any ways to hide to default SHARE button and make our custom action button work?
