I'd like the ability to connect to WiFi via a particular BSSID rather than SSID.

This would be useful, for example, when busses or trains offer free WiFi and all the busses share the same SSID. The user could avoid connecting to the wrong AP (and having a page download or SSH session interrupted when busses pull apart from each other) by choosing the BSSID for the bus that he or she is on.
