Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.open settings and navigate to "on startup"
2.Select option "Open a specific page or set of pages" and set "google.com" and "youtube.com" as pages
3. close settings and reopen browser

What is the expected behavior?
Google.com and Youtube.com should open as tabs

What went wrong?
"new tab" is opend on startup

I did not notice this problem before, as i used the "currently" and "leoh" extensions as new tab pages and used "morning coffee" to cuicly open up new tabs. I decided i wanted to do it the native way but this does not work anymore
