Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Have a few notifications in the system menu
(2) Open the system menu, note how many notifications exist, and scroll through the list
(3) Close the system menu, and reopen it. Observe the number of notifications and scroll through the list.
Expected Result:
The number of notifications should always be the same. User should be able to scroll and look at all the notifications from the top of the list to the bottom.
Actual Result:
The number of notifications between steps 3 and 4 are inconsistent. Also, user cannot view the top notification. See video f
or demo. Note, this also happens on M71.
How frequently does this problem reproduce? Always
What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it?
Not all the notifications are delivered to the user in a consistent manner. User cannot access the first notification. No workaround.
