Request to update the stable version for guado_moblab

When the guado moblabs in the lab fail they repair to version R59-9460.41.0

This is too old and the DUT might not repair from this version.

It looks like R68-10718.111.0 is too old for the stable_version script to know about.

Does R70-11021.58.0 work instead?
