Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10895.78.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.120 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10895.78.0 (Official Build) stable-channel kefka Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Log into the Chromebook and let everything load 2. Close the lid 3. Reopen the lid What is the expected behavior? If you do not have sleep or log out enabled as the action to take when the lid is closed, the device should stay in the same state as it was when open. What went wrong? When a user does this, it disables all extensions. This disables all of the functionality of these extensions. We have content filtering extensions enabled on our Chromebooks so the students cannot go to to unauthorized sites or view explicit content on district devices. We have been able to reproduce the issue from version 64 stable to 69 stable. I've searched and found nothing on this issue. WebStore page: All Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.120 Channel: stable OS Version: 10895.78.0 Flash Version: 31.0.0.108 Please address this as soon as you can. We went 1:1 in the high school and not being able to allow the students to close the Chromebook and carry it to the next class without having to log back in and reopen everything is slowing down productivity. |
