Issue descriptionReport from product forum https://productforums.google.com/forum/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=footer#!msg/chrome/JwObYaN69ic/K-bDCuDyBQAJ Since M69, the Cloud Print Duplex setting seems to be incorrect. Users are unable to disable duplex on their Cloud Print printers. Suspect users are using Windows connectors but this needs to be confirmed.
