What steps will reproduce the problem?
SnipIt (Extension) is extremely slow or non-functional delaying the process of taking screenshots and submitting reviews. We understand that this is out of purview and therefore, a separate bug request has been raised for a fix. Few screenshots for this is included below only for reference. Would be happy to receive any suggestions or contact point to connect for fixing this issue (If available)

What is the expected result?
Needs to capture the screen grab while reviewing the webpages on the Review Service tool in fraction of second as its use to happen earlier.
