What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a window
(2) Load a page
(3) Click in the address to have have the blinking cursor
(4) On the right of the address, press the left button on the mouse, and move the mouse ONLY up.

What is the expected result?
The address should be fully selected, ready to be copied.

What happens instead?
Nothing is selected.

To select the full address while clicking on the right of the address, I have to move up a little, and then move the cursor to the left to reach the last character of the address. And then the address is fully selected.

Version of Chrome: Version 70.0.3538.67 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

(I don't know if this bug applies to windows/linux).
