App crashes on accessing Incognito tab from “Choose an account” screen of gmail site

Issue description

App Version: 71.0.3578.21 Beta
iOS Version:  11.4.1, 12.0.1, 10.3.3, 
Device: iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone7+, iPad, iPad Pro 

Prerequisite:
Ensure that user is logged into chrome using any account

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Chrome.
  2. Navigate to Gmail account
  3. Tap on the hamburger menu --> Tap on Logged in mailId that is being displayed
  4. Tap on manage accounts --> Tap on “X” button and close manage accounts screen
  5. Tap on “Go Incognito” 
  
Observed results:
App crashes on accessing  “Go Incognito” from “Choose an account” screen of Desktop gmail site

Expected results:
New Incognito tab should be opened

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android:NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): No on 70
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes on M71

ghuphran@ could you please provide a crash report so we can triage properly
Unable to generate crash iD from Chrome://crashes, hence sharing the crash logs from device (Settings > privacy > analyticsdata)

ghuphran@: From the video, it's difficult to tell exactly what is happening.  I can't access the stack trace that you linked in comment #4; could you update the visibility so that people with the link can view?  It'd be helpful in triaging this.

We have provided access to the document i.e. Anyone at google.com with the link 'can view' the document, Please try to access it from your google account and let us know if it still not accessible.

Looks like it is related to autofill.

This has really likely been fixed by https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1301438

It would be interesting to know why there is no frame in that case.
