[bisect-kit] android bisector "view" subcomd may fail

How to reproduce
$ ./bisect_android_repo.py init --old 5055130 --new 5056166 --android_root ~/bisect-workdir/test/android.pi-arc --android_mirror ~/git-mirrors/android.pi-arc  --dut kevin-test --branch git_pi-arc 
$ ./bisect_android_repo.py view 

During "init", it gave warning messages
16:20:25 ERROR unable to match 5056093: no compatible specs
16:20:25 INFO diff between 5056093 and (1539039210)
16:20:25 INFO +vendor/google_tradefederation/contrib
16:20:25 INFO +vendor/google_tradefederation/partner
16:20:25 INFO +vendor/google_tradefederation/power
16:20:25 INFO  system/tpm: at c3818d334421805f04822f4dceb8db193ab74f14 vs f2ca9be0e762b7a353d7d87584a03cbb5ba6c29d
16:20:25 INFO and common=688
16:20:25 WARNING 5056093 do not match, skip

Then, "view" failed because 5056093 is skipped.
Exception: cached revlist not found: /usr/local/google/home/kcwu/bisect-workdir/test/android.pi-arc/bisectkit-cache/5055130,5056093.json

bisect-kit: fix bisector 'view' subcommand

'view' subcommand may fail when re-generate revlist. This affected all
bisectors using codechange module.
