David, can you investigate this? This test was flaky for a long time but now fails more consistently with BGPT.

I don't think this should block - I've confirmed the behavior is correct with BGPT enabled, the test is borked for the same reason I'm having issues doing visual testing of URL bar behavior in  bug 898757 .
