fast ink stops working if I rotate the device back to landscape while running squid |

Issue descriptionMeowth (nocturne) 72.0.3590.0 / 11174.0.0 Repro step 1) install & start squid in tablet mode (landscape) 2) click "+" button to open note 3) use stylus. overlay should work 4) rotate the screen to portrait. overlay still works. 5) rotate back to landscape. expected: overlay still works actual: app doesn't use overlay. line doesn't show up while draing, and appears only after I lift up the pen. It looks like the part of system believe is using overlay even if it's not using overlay. dcastagna@, can you take a look and see why this is happening? If this is an issue in exo, I can work on a fix. If I rotate back to portrait, it works again, but if I rotate back to landscape, it stops working again.

Note that the app is creating a transparent surface on top of the canvas which is getting the hw overlay (using our API [1]). When you rotate to portrait and back to landscape, somehow this overlay is no longer showing.
