User agent doesn't report full iOS version

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Google "what's my user agent"
2. Notice that the OS is reported as "iPhone OS 12_0 like Mac OS X"

What is the expected behavior?
The User agent should report the OS as "iPhone OS 12_0_1 like Mac OS X"

What went wrong?
The OS version is misreported

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 0.0.3538.60  Channel: stable
OS Version: 12.0.1

Copy and paste fail. Chrome version: 70.0.3538.60, also 69.0.3497.105
