linux_layout_tests_slimming_paint_v2 has been failing recently for capacity issues:

I haven't seen this but it was recently reported to me because it blocked someone's CQ run. I'm not sure how often this is actually happening. The bot overview page doesn't show this (for obvious reasons): https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.try/linux_layout_tests_slimming_paint_v2?limit=200

If this is happening a lot, could we have more capacity for this bot? If this was an isolated incident, no additional capacity is needed.
