[BlinkGenPropertyTrees] virtual/spv2/compositing/framesets/composited-frame-alignment.html fails

When enabling BGPT, I found the combination of SPV2 and BGPT fails this test:
virtual/spv2/compositing/framesets/composited-frame-alignment.html

This is currently in TestExpectations:
 crbug.com/596780  virtual/spv2/compositing/framesets/composited-frame-alignment.html [ Pass ]

I will temporarily remove this line.
