What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> Sign-in to user -> In 'Choose your PIN' screen -> Observe digit '1' is not aligned with digits 2 & 3 i.e. digit 1 is slightly up 
(Please refer Video & Screenshot)

Actual: Alignment of Digit '1' should be same with digits 2 & 3  
Expected: Instead digit '1' is not aligned with digits 2 & 3 i.e. digit 1 is slightly up 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine on 72.0.3582.0/11176.0.0 dev-channel Kip
