한글 is broken while typing on facebook.com

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) On Chromebook (see the version above), Enable Hangul IME (Korean IME)
(2) login to facebook.com
(3) try to enter new post with Hangul IME, for instance, typing 한글 아무거나 입력해보세요.
(4) Some characters are missed unexpectedly and shown like this: 한르 아거 입겨보요.

What is the expected result?
한글 아무거나 입력해보세요. should be typed properly.

What happens instead?
한르 아거 입겨보요. (Some characters are missed in the middle unexpectedly)

It also happens on linux as well.

Thanks for the report. Could easily reproduce it on Chromebook. Added components for triaging.
FYI Mine got just updated to 69.0.3497.120 but the problem still persists.
