Issue descriptionDevice name: One Plus 5,5t,6. and various other devices having arm64-v8 architecture. Works fine in armeabi-v7. From "Settings > About Chrome" Application version: Chrome 69.0.3497.100 Operating system: Android 8.1 one plusA5000 Build/OP1.171019.011 Steps to reproduce: (1)Click on link "https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/" (2)Try to fill up the form but unable to fill form. Expected result: User will fill the form and proceed. Actual result: While filling a form in devices with architecture armeabi-v7a things work fine but when it comes to other devices (arm64-v8a) user is unable to type it correctly (whatever user types it shows reverse or sometimes it type nothing). When it comes to Chrome tabs or chromium, the same scenario occurs. Even in default Google chrome on mobile, it doesn't work. On Mozilla Firefox it works fine on all devices. PFA Thanks Rohit Behl
