Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.67 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open chrome developer tools -> Elements tab 2. Ctrl + F to start searching elements 3. enter a keyword where there are multiple results returned 4. to navigate backwards or forwards it is only possible to be done with clicking on buttons (next/prev) with mouse. What is the expected behavior? Like in any other program the shortcut on Windows is: F3 - search forward Shift + F3 - search backwards What went wrong? No default system keyboard shortcut like F3. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 70.0.3538.67 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: I know that there are the shortcuts - Enter/Shift-Enter but why not have the same shortcuts in all dev tools tabs?

As per comment #0, the issue seems to be a feature request as the reporter want default system keyboard shortcut like F3 to be implemented for search navigation in all dev tools tab. Hence, marking it as untriaged for further inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
