Enable ‘#browser-container-fullscreen’ flag from chrome://flags Steps to reproduce: Launch chrome app and go to irs.gov and open a pdf page. Scroll downward Observed results: Pdf page is not fit to screen. Expected results: Pdf page should be fit to screen. Tested in Version: 71.0.3578.39 Beta Devices: iPad and iPhone OS Version: 10.3.3, 11.4.1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome 2.
