Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In devtools, open html element, Styles tab and computed tab side by side. Its not possible. But huge deal for devs.

What is the expected behavior?
Stuck with pre-made layout

What went wrong?
unable to customize the devtools according to my requirements.

Devtool panels and tabs should be draggable like in photoshop (i know photoshop not related to chrome)
